How to make snowman cookies

Place the butter, icing sugar and lemon zest in a bowl. Use the electric whisk to mix the ingredients.

Add the eggs and flour little by little, then the salt and continue mixing until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Wrap the pastry in cling film, flatten it with your hands and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out circular biscuits using a pastry cutter.

Bake the biscuits in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Make the icing by mixing the icing sugar with the water.

Cut the marshmallows in half and use food coloring to make the snowman’s eyes and nose.

Spread the icing on the biscuit and distribute the edible silver powder. Then use the dye to draw the buttons and the arms.

Attach the marshmallow head and serve the cookies.
