Desert roses: the recipe for beautiful and delicious biscuits
Have you ever tasted the Desert Roses? These are biscuits that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, made with an easy-to-prepare dough, corn flakes and chocolate chips. How to prepare desert roses
Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter.
Add the almond flour, 00 flour and baking powder and mix until the dough is well combined.
Add the chocolate chips and potato starch and continue mixing to obtain a thick, consistent and sticky dough.
Arrange the corn flakes on the baking tray.
Make small balls from the dough and roll them in corn flakes.
Bake the biscuits in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Sprinkle the icing sugar.
Advice
You can replace the chocolate chips with whatever you like.
storage
The biscuits, kept in a container and not put in the fridge, will keep intact for about 4-5 days.
