How to prepare the soft tart with ricotta cream

In another bowl we put the ricotta, 1 egg, the sugar and the cornstarch. Use the immersion blender to blend the ingredients into a creamy mixture.
Grease the square mold with butter and pour the dough. Transfer the ricotta cream to the sac à poche and pour over the dough, forming a grid.
Bake the tart in the static oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
