Bread pads: the recipe for air bread ideal for an aperitif


Yo bread pads either air bread they are gods crispy bread squares reminiscent of bearings: a recipe made for us by chef michele ghediniideal to serve as antipasti or for one appetizer. To make them we prepare the dough with flour, milk, sugar, brewer’s yeast and salt; after yeast stagethe dough will spread and we will obtain squares to cook in the oven for a couple of minutes. Once ready, you can serve them. air bread as is, to accompany your dishes or however you like: we have created one trout rillettes, specialty of French gastronomy, ideal for spreading on canapés. Here’s how to make them in just a few steps.

How to prepare bread or air bread tablets

Dissolve the yeast together with the sugar in the milk, add the flour; when it is absorbed put the salt 1 and mix well. Work the dough on the work surface, put it in a bowl 2 and leave to rise covered with plastic wrap for 4 hours in the refrigerator. Once the rising time has elapsed, roll out the dough with the pasta machine. 3 up to about half a millimeter thick.
