How to make bread with sunflower seeds

Pour the lukewarm water into the container and add the dry brewer’s yeast and sugar. Stir to dissolve the dry ingredients. Add the salt and flour little by little and keep mixing with the spoon until you get a sticky dough. Finally, add the sunflower seeds.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size.

Put a rectangle of oven meat in the mold (24 x 15 cm) then pour and distribute the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Sprinkle more sunflower seeds on the surface of the bread.

Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.

Advice

To speed up fermentation, cover the container with a cloth and leave it in a cool, dry and dark place.

storage

Store leftover bread in the pantry, keeping it away from direct heat sources – it will stay soft for 3 days.
