To prepare it, simply compose the layers alternating the biscuits soaked in liquor, the cream and the cherries, pitted and macerated with sugar. Finally, you can garnish the tiramisu with some mint leaves and serve it after resting for a few hours in the refrigerator, when it will be compact and fragrant.

If you want, you can enrich the layers with white chocolate chips and, if the tiramisu is for children, omit the liquor and replace it with water and lemon, or with a few tablespoons of black cherry syrup. If you like, you can use sponge cake instead of biscuits. To impress your diners, you can serve some individual servings tiramisu in crystal glasses, with a very scenic final effect.

How to prepare cherry tiramisu

Wash, dry the cherries and collect them in a bowl. 1.
