How to Make Chicken Cutlets with Mushrooms and Parmesan

Cut 4 chicken breast fillets. Season it with salt on both sides.

Cut the button mushrooms into pieces.

Flour the chicken and cook in olive oil in a pan for 4 minutes.

Flip the chicken, add the mushrooms and the chicken broth. Cook 7 minutes.

Prepare parmesan shavings and put them on the chicken. Cook with the lid on for 2 minutes.
