How to prepare the Easter flan

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put them in water and boil them until soft. 1.

Drain and mash them with a potato masher. 2.

Add the egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mix until the mixture is compact 3.

Add cheese, chopped ham 4 and mix everything well.

Flour the loaf pan. Pour in half of the potato mixture. 5.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them on the potato layer. 6.

Advise

You can substitute the cooked ham for the salamithe mortadella or with sausages that you have in the fridge.

You can store the potato and egg tart in the fridge for 2-3 daysinside an airtight container. Heat it for a few minutes in the oven before enjoying it.
