How to make chicken thighs in a deep fryer

Pour the water into a container with a little lemon juice. Add chicken thighs and rinse well. 1.

Pat the chicken dry with kitchen paper. 2.

Make two cuts on the thigh. 3.

Transfer the chicken thighs to a bowl and add the extra virgin olive oil, chicken seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. mix very well 4.

Cook the chicken in the deep fryer for 25 minutes at 190°C. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 10 minutes. 5.

Chicken thighs from the deep fryer are ready to serve 6.

Advice

You can aromatize the chicken legs with the aromas you prefer, adding rosemary, the sageIllinois thymus and omitting the seasoning from the chicken, if you don’t prefer it or don’t have it available.

If you use larger chicken thighs cooking times can be extended by about ten minutes. Either way, arrange the chicken thighs so they don’t overlap.
