Crumble the biscuits and place them in a bowl.
Melt the butter in the saucepan. Add the cocoa powder, milk, sugar and stir on the heat to combine the ingredients.
Pour the cream over the biscuits and mix well.
Distribute the biscuit dough into the circular pan and press well to compact the cake. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate with the hot whipping cream to obtain the ganache.
After 2 hours, remove the cake from the mold and pour the chocolate icing on top. Spread it to completely cover the cold cake.
Before serving, let it rest in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
