Breakfast biscuits: the easy recipe for crumbly and fragrant biscuits
THE breakfast biscuits they are crumbly and fragrant biscuits, ideal for soak in milk or to serve for the snack with a Cup of tea. To make them we prepared the dough with egg, sugar, flour, corn starch, yogurt, seed oil, baking powder, vanillin and salt. Once the pastry has been made, simply roll it out and cut out biscuits using the molds you prefer: in our recipe, we dipped the biscuits in granulated sugar before cooking them in the oven for 20 minutes. Once ready, let them cool before enjoying them.

How to prepare breakfast biscuits
In a bowl mix the egg with the sugar, vanilla and salt.
Once you have obtained a frothy and light mixture, add and incorporate the corn starch, seed oil and yogurt.
Sift the flour, baking powder and continue mixing.
When the dough begins to form, fold with your hands to obtain a smooth and compact dough.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry on the work surface and cut out the biscuits using the various moulds.
Cover just one side of the cookies in sugar and then place them on the baking sheet.
Cook them in a static oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
You can store breakfast biscuits in a tin box for 3-4 days.
