Sweet pancakes: the recipe for delicious and easy to prepare sweets
The Sweet pancakes they are gods sweet leavened products delicious and that you can eat in one bite: they are, in fact, delicious dough balls that are easy to prepare. To make them we prepared a dough based on water, flour, dry brewer’s yeast, sugar, corn starch, olive oil and salt. After the leavening phase we transferred the dough into a bottle, made a hole in the cap and cut the pancakes with a string, so as to then cook them directly in boiling oil until golden. To make them more delicious you can pass them in honey and in sugar when they are still hot: here’s how to prepare them.
How to prepare sweet pancakes
Mix the water with the sugar and the dry brewer’s yeast.
Add the flour, cornstarch, salt, olive oil and knead well until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rise for 3 hours.
Transfer the mixture to the plastic bottle and poke a hole in the cap.
Tie a string on the pan and cut the pancakes into small portions.
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
If you want you can dip the pancakes in honey and bread them in sugar.
