I croutons with sausages and turnip greens I am a antipasti tasty and substantial, prepared for us by Chef Michele Ghedini for the Easy Gourmet section. Their manufacture is very simple, just cut the bread into slices and stuff it with turnip greens blanch in salted water and sauté in a pan, minced sausage and cubes of smoked scamorza: everything will be cooked in the oven for about ten minutes. The end result will be crispy and irresistible croutons, also ideal for a tasty aperitif with friends.

If you prefer, you can substitute the smoked scamorza with smoked provola, caciocavallo or use a flavored sausage.
