He puff pastry roll with cauliflower drops it’s a antipasti quick and waste-free, ideal for reusing waste after making a recipe with cauliflower. In our preparation, we cut the cauliflower leaves, before cooking them in a pan with garlic, oil and chilli. The leaves will then be mixed with boiled potatoes e try it, so as to create a soft and stringy filling. The roll will then be cooked in the oven for about half an hour, ready to impress your guests. How to prepare the puff pastry roll with cauliflower scraps

Cut the cauliflower leaves into small pieces and wash them very well 1.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil in the pan and brown the garlic and chilli. Add the cauliflower leaves and season with salt and pepper 2. Cook with the lid on for 15 minutes.

Remove the chilli and garlic from the ingredients and remove the pan from the heat. Add boiled mashed potatoes and provolone cheese 3. Stir to combine the ingredients.

Spread the filling on the puff pastry and roll half 4. Close both sides by pinching with your fingers.

Make cutouts at the end of the sheet and wrap the roll in strips 5.

Bake in a static oven at 190°C for 35 minutes 6.

You can customize filling add whatever ingredients you prefer or have available to the cauliflower leaves.

You can keep the roll of puff pastry with cauliflower scraps for 2 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
