How to make egg bags stuffed with meat

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the salt, pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce and spring onion.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and season with a little salt.

Brown the meat in the pan.

Prepare the tortellini: Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into another pan and cook slightly.

Add some cooked meat and close the tortilla in a tortellini with the help of chopsticks.

The meat filled egg bags are ready to serve.
