No-bake brownies: the recipe for delicious and quick-to-prepare sweets

I no-bake brownies they’re the quick version of American brownies, mouthwatering chocolate candies that melt in your mouth. Unlike the original recipe, these brownies are without butter, without eggs e unsweetenedfor a preparation vegan e gluten free made from ground almonds and hazelnuts, almond flour, bitter cocoa and maple syrup. To make them even more inviting, we enriched them with a frosting made from coconut oil and chocolate chips.

You will need them to craft them a few minutesand once ready you will only need a ‘chilling time in the refrigerator, so they are ideal no-bake desserts for when you want a dessert but don’t want to turn on the oven, especially in summer. Enjoy no-bake brownies breakfasta to taste or prepare them for a party: cut into small squares, they will appeal to young and old alike.

In addition to being simple and quick to prepare, this recipe is perfect to customize as you wish, for example by varying the dried fruits or replacing the almond flour with chopped dry biscuits, as in chocolate salami. But now let’s see all the steps to prepare light and irresistible no-bake brownies, also perfect to prepare in advance.

How to make no-bake brownies

To start, pour the almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, salt, almond flour and maple syrup into the food processor 1.

Chop the ingredients for a few minutes, until well blended 2.

Transfer the mixture to an 18 × 18 cm square pan lined with parchment paper. Press it with your hands, level it with a spatula (3) and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan or in the microwave with the coconut oil. 4.

Pour the frosting over the cookie dough and spread it evenly 5. Transfer to the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, until it solidifies.

Then cut the brownies into squares 6 and place them on a serving platter.

Your no-bake brownies are ready to serve seven.


You can add the dried fruits you prefer to the mixture, or whatever you have available: try for example pistachios, peanuts about pecan night.

To make the brownies even chocolateier, you can add to the batter melted dark chocolate. If, on the contrary, you want to serve them to your friends as an end-of-meal dessert, flavor them with your own. alcohol favourites: they will be even tastier.


You can store no-bake brownies in the refrigerator for 3-4 days inside an airtight container.
