How to prepare a brioche in an air fryer

Dissolve the dry brewer’s yeast and sugar in the milk.

Cover the bowl and let rest for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.

Add the egg and melted butter and mix.

Add the flour and salt and knead.

Let rise for 1 hour.

Next, knead the dough well to eliminate the air.

Let it rise for another hour.

Divide the dough into 6 balls and transfer them to the air fryer basket.

Place the basket in the fryer without turning it on, and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Combine the egg with the milk and brush it on the buns.

Cook at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.

Fill the brioche with the hazelnut cream and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Advice

Check that the dough is smooth and without bubbles before letting it rise and cook it, otherwise it will not be as soft and tall as it should.

storage

The brioche will remain soft for about 3 days if kept under a glass bell jar.
