Beat the egg then add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Pour in and incorporate the milk, vanilla extract and salt.
Sift the flour and baking powder and continue mixing to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture. Finally add the seed oil.
Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
Melt 15g of butter in the pan and sprinkle a little sugar. Arrange the bananas and pour over the mixture. Cook for 25 minutes with the lid on.
Turn the cake over using a plate and cook for another 5 minutes.
