How to prepare pansquare pockets
Flatten the toasted bread slices with a rolling pin and cut them in half diagonally to obtain two triangles.
Wet the base of the triangle and close the two corners to make a pocket. You get several pockets.
Bake them in a static oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Spread the cream cheese on the bread and add small pieces of smoked salmon.
The sliced bread pockets are ready to be served.
