How to prepare pumpkin cream
Take a pumpkin, open it, remove the peel and cut it into cubes, then peel some potatoes and cut them into cubes too.
Fry an onion sliced ​​into rings, when it is golden add the pumpkin, potatoes, a pinch of salt and add an aromatic bunch.
Cook for a few minutes over high heat and then cover everything with vegetable broth, lowering the heat and cooking for 40 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare some croutons: cut the bread into cubes, place it in a pan and season it with salt, pepper, garlic, herbs, oil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
