Scones: the recipe for simple and delicious soft scones

To make them, we prepared the dough with flour, water, milk, brewer’s yeast, extra virgin olive oil and salt. After stage leaven, we will obtain disks of dough, on which we will make holes with our fingers, before brushing them with a brine made from extra virgin olive oil, water and salt: in our preparation we have also added cherry tomatoes and artichokes in oil, but you can leave them plain or stuff them as you wish. how to make scones

In a bowl, pour the flour and yeast dissolved in a glass of water 1 and mix. Gradually add all the water and milk 2mix until the flour has absorbed the water then add the salt and oil 3.
