Shortcrust pastry and chocolate cookies: the recipe for gourmet and gourmet desserts

How to prepare shortcrust pastry and chocolate cookies
In a bowl, mix the flour with the vanillin, the icing sugar, the butter and knead with your fingertips to crumble the dough. Make a fountain and add the eggs.
Knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth and compact shortcrust pastry. Wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Flour the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is 3mm thick.
Cut out several stars using the cookie cutter. Transfer them to the pan and bake them in the static oven at 190°C for 10 minutes.
Dip one side of the cookies in the melted chocolate and let them sit to solidify the chocolate.
