How to make bread in a skillet
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and knead until you get a smooth and compact dough.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 6 balls, cover with a cloth and let rise for 30 minutes.
Roll each ball into a disk with the rolling pin.
Put the bread on a floured surface, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the discs in the pan with a little olive oil. Cook on both sides until puffed up.
Advice
In order for the bread to rise faster, in addition to covering it with a cloth, put it in a dark and cool place.
storage
Keep the bread in the pan under a glass hood: it will remain soft for approx. 2 days.
