The stuffed potato scones I am a second course easy and tasty, ideal for a delicious dinner with family or friends. It is a simple and quick preparation unleavened: to make stuffed potato scones, in fact, it will be enough boil the potatoescrush them, mix them with Egg, corn floursalt, pepper and stuff them stringy cheese. They will then be fried in a pan with hot oil until golden brown.

How to make stuffed potato scones

Boil the potatoes in salted water with the lid on 1: it will take 30-40 minutes.

Remove the skin and mash them in a bowl 2.

Mix with eggs, cornmeal, pepper and salt 3.

Make pureed meatballs with your hands and stuff them with grated cheese 4.

Fry potato scones in hot oil until golden brown 6.

Stuffed potato scones are ready to serve seven. Accompany them with a mixed salad or seasonal vegetables.

storage

Stuffed Potato Scones can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days covered with transparent film or inside a hermetically sealed container. Before serving, heat them in the oven for a few minutes.
