Tomato medallions: the recipe for a unique dish to serve at dinner
If you want a light and tasty dinner, but you don’t know what to invent, we recommend the tomato medallions: they are prepared in a few minutes and are really tasty. The most suitable tomatoes for this recipe are the so-called tomatoes for salad, round and big enough to cut into slices; each slice is covered with a compound made with tomato pulp removed and mixed with eggs, salt and flour. How to prepare tomato medallions
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Pierce the center of the slices with a glass.
Chop the tomato pulp and mix it with the eggs, salt and flour.
