Combine sugar, cornstarch, pudding mix, cocoa powder, coffee and 1 liter milk in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to the saucepan and stir over the heat until a creamy mixture is obtained. Stir in 50 g of dark chocolate.
Dip the ladyfingers in the milk and arrange them in the rectangular mold (32×20 cm).
Pour the cream over the biscuits and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
