How to prepare candied orange slices
Cut the oranges into slices and cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Run them in cold water immediately afterwards.
Pour the sugar and water into the saucepan. Add cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves. Also add the oranges and cook them in the syrup.
When the oranges have absorbed the syrup, transfer them to the pan covered with parchment paper and bake them in a static oven at 70°C for 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, dip one side of the slices in melted chocolate and decorate them with grated coconut, crushed pistachios and candied fruit.
