Meatballs with meat and potatoes are an even sweeter variant of the classic meat potatoes: in this preparation we have added a boiled potatoes and minced in the bowl with the minced meatIEgghe Parmesan cheese and the aromas. Once the dumplings are formed, we will cook them directly in the tomato sauce to make them even softer and more succulent. Prepare them for a quick family dinner: even the kids will love them. Here are the steps to prepare them.

How to make meatballs and potatoes with gravy

Boil the potatoes, peel them when ready.

Combine the minced meat, eggs, salt, pepper, grated cheese and mashed potatoes and mix well.

Make the tomato sauce by browning 2 cloves of garlic in the oil then add the tomato purée, salt if you wish and a pinch of baking soda for the acidity.

Create meatballs from the dough and cook them in the hot tomato sauce.

Cook for about 30 minutes with the lid on.

Your meatballs with super sweet sauce are ready.

storage

You can keep meatballs and potatoes in sauce for 2 days in the refrigerator, in an airtight container.
