Yo puff pastry pretzels I am a antipasti with a puff pastry base, stuffed with ham and cheese, to which we have added a few pickles Chopped up. These appetizers are perfect to propose as eat with fingers for an aperitif or a buffet and they are ready in no time.

If you want to prepare a perfect buffet in no time, serve these pretzels with other snacks, such as puff pastry pizzas, würstel rustici, the classic red pizzas or vol-au-vents, to fill as you like.

How to make puff pastry pretzels

Grate the gherkins and the ham. Mix the ingredients with the cream cheese.

Spread the mixture over the first puff pastry roll and cover with the second roll. Hit well.

Place the oven rack on top and press to leave marks. Get some squares.

Cut these small squares and place them on the baking sheet. Brush the beaten egg over the dough.

Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

The puff pastry pretzels are ready to serve.

storage

You can save puff pastry pretzels for 1-2 days in the fridge, in an airtight container, but it is advisable to consume them immediately after preparation.
