How to prepare soft lemon cake
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar and continue stirring until dissolved. Then add and incorporate the yogurt, lemon zest, melted butter, lemon juice, vanilla extract and limoncello.
Sift the flour, baking powder, corn starch and mix the ingredients. Get a creamy mixture.
Cover the circular mold with baking paper and pour the dough.
Cook in a static oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Serve the cake on a serving plate and decorate it with icing sugar.
If you want you can add some chocolate chips to the mixture to make it even tastier.
