How to prepare the bicolor bread cake
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the oil and milk.
Add the flour with the baking powder and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts.
Dissolve the cocoa powder in the milk. Pour the cocoa mixture into one part of the mixture and stir.
Butter the pan and put the parchment paper on it. Pour the 2 mixtures into the pan, making 2 different colored cake halves.
Cook with the lid on for 7 minutes. Check that it is well cooked with a toothpick.
Flip the cake over, remove the parchment paper, and bake for another 5 minutes.
Spread the hazelnut cream and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts before serving the cake.
Advice
You can substitute the chopped hazelnuts for the type of chopped pistachios or whatever you prefer.
storage
Keep the cake under a glass bell jar. If it’s too hot, put it in the fridge. It will stay soft and intact for about 3-4 days.
