I butter cookies with whipped dough they are very crumbly and delicious cookies, ideal for serving in the afternoon with a cup of tea. A different preparation from the classic shortcrust pastry made by whisking the donkey softened with sugar, Greek yogurt, panna ed vanilla extract. The mixture will then be poured into the pocket bag to form the cookies. After rest in the fridge cookies will be baked for approximately 10 minutes in the oven and half immersed in melted chocolate, but you can decorate them however you like. Here are all the steps to prepare them.

How to make cookies with whipped shortcrust pastry

In a bowl, use the whisk to mix the butter with the sugar. Also add the Greek yoghurt, 10 ml whipped cream, vanilla extract and salt.

Sift the flour and stir to combine the ingredients. Then mix with a spatula to obtain a fluffy mixture.

Pour the shortcrust pastry onto the baking sheet using the pocket bag and making waves. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Once the time has elapsed, bake the biscuits in a static oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.

Let the cookies cool and dip them on one side in the melted chocolate.

You can store whipped shortbread cookies for 3-4 days in a tin box.
