How to make a no-bake chocolate chip cookie cake
Break up the whole grain crackers and nuts.
Put the sugar, cocoa and water in the saucepan and stir to combine everything.
Add the butter and let it melt on the fire.
When the mixture has cooled, pour it over the cookies. Mix.
Pour the cookies into the circular hinged mold and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate in the hot whipped cream and pour the icing on the cake.
Leave in the fridge for another 2 hours.
