How to make chocolate ganache cupcakes
Melt the dark chocolate, butter and hazelnut cream in a saucepan.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the brown sugar, salt, flour, cornstarch and mix.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour the preparation into cupcake molds and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
To prepare the ganache: melt the dark chocolate, butter and hazelnut cream in the saucepan. Add whipped cream and rum.
Dip the tops of the cupcakes in the ganache and let cool.
Decorate the cupcakes with the hazelnut cream.
