How to make Spanish croquetas

In a saucepan, melt the butter with a little seed oil 1.

Fry the chopped onion 2.

Add raw ham 3 and cook for 2 minutes.

Also add the flour 4 and mix well with a hand whisk.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Continue mixing for another 5 minutes 6.
