How to prepare hazelnut ice cream
Blend the hazelnuts until you obtain a creamy mixture. Help yourself by adding some seed oil.
Pour the milk into the saucepan, add the cornstarch and mix. Cook for 10 minutes until thickened into a thick, smooth mixture.
Transfer the milk cream into a bowl and add the hazelnut cream. Mix with the whisk to combine the ingredients.
Then whip the cream and mix the previously prepared cream.
Pour and distribute the ice cream into the rectangular mold. Level it with the spoon.
Leave in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Then serve the ice cream with melted chocolate and crumbled hazelnuts.
You can store hazelnut ice cream in the freezer for up to 1 week well closed.
