Orange marshmallow: the recipe for a treat to share with adults and children

How to make orange marshmallows
Grease the square mold with oil and sprinkle the icing sugar combined with the corn flour.
Combine the orange juice with water and pour some over the gelatin powder to make the jelly.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Pour the sugar into the pan and the remaining orange juice and boil until you obtain a syrup.
Pour the syrup into the gelatine little by little and mix with the mixer.
Add the orange zest and orange food coloring.
Pour the cream into the square mold and sprinkle more icing sugar mix on top.
Let it rest for 4 hours and cut the marshmallow into squares.
It is not necessary to let the mixture rest in the fridge, just cover it and leave it in a cool, dry place.
Store the marshmallows in a covered container outside the fridge. They will keep intact for about 3-4 days.
