How to make puff pastry pretzels

To make puff pastry pretzels, start with the vegetables. Cut the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and potatoes into thin slices, trying to slice the vegetables the same size: this trick will allow the vegetables to cook evenly. Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, season with salt and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 190°C 1.
