How to make quick lemon pancakes

In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone with the sugar, lemon juice and zest. Add and incorporate the eggs. Get a creamy mixture

In another bowl, sift the flour and baking powder.

Transfer the dough to the pouch bag. Pour it in small portions into boiling oil and fry until golden brown.
