Strawberry cream without cream: the recipe for a delicious spoon dessert

How to prepare strawberry cream
Mix the milk with the sugar, cornstarch and vanillin.
Put on the fire and stir for 5 minutes until creamy.
Blend the frozen strawberries together with the strawberry yogurt.
Add the pudding to the milk and continue to stir.
Pour the mixture into glasses and let them cool for 1 hour.
Cut the strawberries into flowers and use them to decorate the mousse.

Be careful not to let the mixture cool any longer than necessary, otherwise it could freeze.

Keep the creamy in the fridge, but remember to consume it in a couple of days, before the yogurt turns sour.
