Baked Chocolate Cheesecake – The Fresh and Delicious Dessert


The baked chocolate cheesecake it’s a variation on the classic New York cheesecake. Like the traditional one, in this version both the base and the internal filling are cooked in the oven, before covering everything with glaze -made with dark chocolate and whipped cream- and letting it cool; in any case, therefore, the final result will be a fresh and creamy dessert.

To add extra gluttony to this dessert, add a little before serving. chocolate flakes.

How to make baked chocolate cheesecake

Crumble the chocolate wafer and mix it with the melted butter.

Press well into the base of the springform pan.

Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.

Chop the melted chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.

Mix the cream cheese with the cocoa powder, sugar and brown sugar.

Use the mixer and add the melted chocolate, eggs and egg yolks a little at a time. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 160°C for 1 hour.

Melt the dark chocolate in the hot cream and pour the icing on the cake.

Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.

Decorate with the chocolate flakes.


You can also use milk chocolate, but reduce the amount of sugar if you do.


If stored in the refrigerator, the cheesecake will keep intact for about 3-4 days.
