Elastic, soft and tasty, the crêpes with condensed milk they are a variant of the classic crêpes, perfect to be enjoyed only with powdered sugar or with sweet fillings, such as hazelnut cream or jam. To make them we prepared the dough with water, condensed milk, egg, flour and salt, until we created a thick mixture. once the crêpes were cooked on both sides we filled them with hazelnut cream and sprinkled with grated coconut. Here’s how to prepare them: enjoy them for breakfast or as a snack.

How to prepare condensed milk crêpes

Pour the water into the pan and then add the condensed milk. Mix well.

Add the egg, salt, flour and continue mixing until it starts to thicken.

Pour the mixture into the non-stick pan and cook the crepe on both sides.

When it is ready, spread the hazelnut cream and sprinkle the grated coconut on the crepe. Roll up and then serve.
